Call forwarding setting

When I check to see my call forward setting it just buffers I can view all of my other call settings. I need to know how to check my status or fix this issue, please.

Not all carriers support controlling that from the settings app on the phone. Contact your cellular carrier.

Call forwarding is turned on even when i turn it off i have never done call forwarding but when i dail *#21# to check the call forwarding status it shows as in the image, but when i go to settings to turn off, the switch is not showing its showing the loading buffer, and when i dail ##002# to disable, it says erasure succeded but it's only succeded few times to erase, i also dail *#61# and *#62# to disable call forwarding it says disabled but if i check again after some time it shows as in the image, i don't know why it showing like this but i've never done call forwarding personally.

How can I resolve call forwarding issues on my iPhone 16 Pro? typing *#21# in the iPhone dialer all categories failed and says that everything is being forwarded but checking in the phone settings my phone number is missing in the forward calls menu. No option to forward the calls any help will be appreciated! It almost seems as though my calls are already being forwarded some where! And I was a victim of a sim swap on Xfinity network a couple weeks back! [Re-Titled by Moderator]
