complain about the cheap product
Dear Apple Support Team,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from your company. I recently upgraded my iPhone 13 Pro Max and during the process, the display of my device was severely damaged. This has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration, as I rely on my phone for both personal and professional use.
I am extremely disappointed that a company of your caliber, with a reputation for producing high-quality products, would allow this kind of damage to occur during a routine upgrade. The damage to my device has resulted in me being without a phone for several days, and I have had to incur additional expenses to have the display repaired.
I demand that Apple take immediate steps to rectify this situation. I expect to receive a full refund for the cost of the upgrade, as well as compensation for the additional expenses I have incurred as a result of the damage to my device.
I expect a prompt response to this matter, and I hope that Apple will take the necessary steps to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
