I 've just got my brand new M2 Max Macbook Pro 14" and start to work on latest FCPX. It keep crash on my old project, even I create a new library to work It have display problem when I put alpha channel PNG / TIF file on it , it display black and cannot render and output file. it is a horrible bug on M2 Max and Ventura 13.2 and FCPX 10.6.5.

Maybe it’s a bug but in that case one would have expected more people to see that. It is also possible that this is caused by some software conflicts. Did you migrate all your stuff from a previous mac?

Please post screenshots. Is your render setting in project properties ProRes4444? Can you give details please About your library and the numbers of items and events in it?
