Screen Time Glitch

My child’s screen time keeps going up randomly. It has started a couple weeks ago, and now it happens almost on a routine, the downtime on their devices will go up the same time on weekends, but it’s not the time I had set for that date. Additionally, the settings for screen time says it is not up, but yet it is. We have tried turning it on and off, shutting down, doing diagnostics with apple, and nothing has worked or shown what is wrong. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

You mentioned that the screen time is going up. Does that mean your child is using their device longer than the time you’ve set? If so, is it a specific app that is being used? You also mentioned that Screen Time does not show that usage time has increased. If that’s the case, can you let us know how you’re aware the time has increased? We’re aware that may be observation that they are still using their device.
