Network connection error Apple Configurator A2602
I am using Configurator to enroll our organizations iPads in our MDM. I have had 100% failure rate only on iPad A2602 models so far. All other models I have attempted to enroll have been successful. Are there any known issues with provisioning a supervised profile on A2602? The exact error I am receiving is:
"Configurator could not download and apply the cloud configuration on "iPad" because there was a network error. Ensure the device is connected to the internet."
- I have verified that the device is connected to the internet after finishing a manual setup.
- I have updated the iPadOS
- There are no iCloud enrollment restrictions on these devices (new in box).
- I am running the latest version of Configurator.
Any ideas what might be happening?
