Siri is confirming which apps to use…

Does anyone know why, out of the blue, Siri is confirming she’s going to use the “messages” app to send a message to people when I use “hey siri”…?? Doesn’t matter if I say “text” or “message”, she still says, “it looks like you used the message app to talk with this person, so I’ll use that” and it’s annoying as **** 🤪 …
