Beeping when I send voice notes

When I record voice notes from the built in mic there’s a static and a beeping sound, videos memos and with headphones are all fine. It is only when I record a voice note to send ie in a text message. It’s very annoying and also makes the voice notes almost impossible to hear

Static and beeping sound when I record a voice memo I am reposting this from something I saw on this forum roughly 2 years ago. I have the exact same problem. When I send a voice message on messages and I play it back, there’s a weird beeping and static sound. But when I record a video it doesn’t happen. When i wear headphones and i send a voice message i cant hear it. It only happens when i send a voice message through my phone mic. support asked if when I leave a voice memo, it does the same thing, it does not. The voice memo is entirely clear. any solutions? iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 18.3
