I saw this was an unresolved issue over a year ago, and I am having the same problem. I get the banners etc on my Lock Screen but no sound even though it’s all tuned on in Notifications. My other apps that are set for sounds work but not the Amazon one. Has there been anything up since this problem came up in 2021?
