Apple says my trade in box came empty

According to apple’s email, my phone there was sent as a trade in was not in the box that they received. I don’t understand what’s going on and what to do. I tried chatting with apple support but they were no help at all. This is insane!

iPhone Trade-In Not Received By Apple I sent my iPhone 15 Pro to Apple on 09/21. They received it on 10/2. I got an email on 10/3 stating I have only a few more days to return the device. I called Apple and they started an escalation. Fast forward to today 10/6, I get another email that I have one more day left to send the device or my loan will resume. I called back Apple. This lady had me on hold for 20 minutes with no solution. My brother’s trade-in is following the same path. We are in two different towns, with two different orders so they aren’t connected but experiencing the same. Is anyone else experiencing this and do you have any suggestions? How can Apple hold us to 14 days when they cannot handle the 14 days themselves?

Trade in phone missing on delivery Hi all let this be a warning I purchased an iPhone 15 pro max I sent my 13 pro max in the sealed packaging posted by Royal Mail recorded delivery this week they are telling me likewise the trade in partnership have received the box with no phone and packaging not tampered with to say I’m extremely p….. is an understatement be aware of this process there seems to be high levels of theft from Royal Mail or likewise internal as somehow my phone has been taken I’m waiting on response from Apple to this matter

Thanks for replying. I’m trying to do that but it requires giving a full delivery address. I just used Apple’s shipping label, I have the tracking number saved but I don’t remember the full delivery address. I guess the best thing to do is to call apple support and find out that address?

File a complaint with the courier that took the trade-in box from you.
