My Apple credit card is restricted can anyone explain this to me

I talked to them again today the issue was I’d verification. They asked me questions and I did verify my ID. Everything is good just waiting on them to call me to reopen my account. Thanks muguy for your responses

Apple support won’t tell me nothin just that it’s because of I’d identification and that I’ll get a call from Goldman Sachs but who knows when
