Hi - hoping someone can answer - my iPad when connected to my Mac shows conflicting information regarding storage:

when connected to my Mac, it shows on the Mac:
Now that's obviously incorrect, plus the volume of the line should be smaller than the Video line (as that's got the most storage!)
The overall capacity is correct
I know it makes no difference, but it drives me nuts!
Anyone have a fix?

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! In Finder cached files in iPadOS are categorized as "Other" which is why it differs to what you see in Settings > General > [Device] Storage. The following article has great information about this that can help:
