I received an email with a PDF link, opened it and view it. I closed the PDF and replied to the email. Now when I go to my Sent Documents, I cannot access the PDF. It appears in brackets.

Is there an email setting to correct this so that I can open the PDF from a Sent Folder?

It sounds like you are having trouble with opening an email attachment. We can help.
If you are trying to view the attachment, go ahead and try opening it from the original email you received instead of trying to open it from your sent items, as it may not be there if you only replied to the email and did not forward the .PDF to anyone.
