Homepod: “okay _____, sorry, something went wrong shortcuts says unable to find shortcut named lights on”

I have just brought new Nanoleaf bulbs for my home as I wanted to upgrade from wifi to thread. Previously, my HomePod turned my lightbulbs on via smart life through shortcuts and I have now deleted those commands through smart life and shortcuts. For some reason, my HomePod will not forget these commands when I try to turn on my new bulbs and gives me the error named in the title. All my devices are up to date, I have restarted my iPhone, so I am quite literally stuck on what to do. The commands work on my iPhone, Apple TV, iPad, all but my HomePod Mini.

I have same problem. The bug is when I create a random shortcut on Shortcuts app, HomePod won't forget the original shortcut name(command). What this mean is if you change name of the shortcut or delete the shortcut, HomePod is still remembering and answers “Shortcuts says 'Unable to find shortcut named ___'". The funny thing is that I deleted a shortcut named "Sunset" and I made a scene on Home app with same name, HomePod still complaining that "Unable to find blah blah" 🤷‍♀️ If I make a shortcut named "Russian Study" and change the name as "Russian Story" and I say "Hey Siri, Russian Study" then HomePod says “Sorry, something went wrong. Shortcuts says 'Unable to find shortcut named <Russian Study>'". This is so frustrating bug because if you make a shortcut named with essential command such as "What time is it now?" and delete it then HomePod never answer this question forever...
