AirPod Pro Sound Quality is Bad After IOS16.3 Update

My AirPod Pro’s sound tinny or almost like they are not synched between right and left after I updated to IOS 16.3. I thought it was the AirPods at first but I have two sets and both are doing the same thing. I also have hearing aids that connect as well and they also have the same problem when listening to music or podcasts. Sound is also bad when watching streamed shows. I have an IPhone 12 Pro. Sound is fine on IPad Pro after updating to IOS16.3. Problem only seems to be on IPhone. Anybody else have this problem? If you have solved it, please reply with the fix.

I found updating the following fox the issue

You can import an audiogram by taking a photo or importing a saved file. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Headphone Accommodations, turn on Headphone Accommodations, then tap Custom Audio Setup.

Yes! I just received a new pair of AirPods Pro 2, and I noticed on YouTube, Spotify, social media platforms all the sounds are very funny and harsh. I have to leave the volume low otherwise it hurts my ears. Gives me a headache after 5-10mins. Volumes less than a 1/3 raised. How do I resolve this issue? They’re not even 2 weeks old.

Update: I found that my audio gram file that I was using was corrupted during the update. I deleted it and then reloaded it and this solved my problem.
