Did something change after the update of 16.3 to cause a problem with icloud. Everything with icloud is off and when I click on it I get a message that says an unknown error has occurred. Please try again later. Can someone please share what needs to be done to get icloud working properly again.

I only use two different Wi-Fi connections and they are both private residents. It happens at my home all the time. It happens on my iphone and my ipad. If I go to icloud right now it will ask me to enter my apple password. It then gives me the security questions. At that time it will come on and allow me to backup to my icloud account and as soon as that is accomplished and if I look again it is shutoff.

I appreciate the advice. I have done some more investigation and found out I needed to do the 2 factor authentication process and it solved my problem. Thanks for the help.
