Hello, I am facing different errors in my mac, whatsapp and chrome suddenly close and sometimes my pc restarted by itself, I think it is because I am neither able to update the OS, I am using mac Os Big Sur 11.2.3 and I am not able to upgrade to the ventura version, I am getting the error: installation cannot proceed because the installer is damaged, I tried to install it in safe mode and got the same error, the same donwnloading the pkg installer, I followed the next steps and got the same error: If an error occurred while updating or installing macOS - Apple Support, my machine it's a mack book pro 16 inch 2019, not sure what can I do to solve this problem, as I mentioned before my mac is facing different errors right now, because of that

A slow or dodgy Internet download speed has been known to corrupt installer downloads...

Have you tried getting on a faster Network if you are suspect...
