"An error occurred loading the update" - can't install MacOS on Macbook Pro

Hello!

So after I've been battling weird SSD issues (corruption after a crash) on my 2019 i9, 16" Macbook Pro, I erased my whole internal drive, and now I'm trying to reinstall MacOS on this laptop, so I can get back to working again, but now I'm facing other issues...

Whenever I try to run an installer, I get the "An error occurred loading the update" error message, with only an "OK" button, no details whatsoever.

I've ran Disk Utility's First Aid ten times at least, everything checks out on my newly erased internal disk.

The installation just fails...

I tried installing from bootable USB (MacOS Monterey which I initially had on my system), then I tried normal Recovery Mode, and Internet Recovery Mode as well...

All give me the same issue....

This is turning out to be a horrible experience... I had similar issues on my old Windows PC's, but there were no issues that a simple "Format HDD" couldn't fix...yet on this d@mn APFS drive, everything seems to go down the drain...

Crazy how Apple have handled their move to this new file system...

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.3
