I'm unable to make audio and video calls on whatsapp browser version on my iPad. Snapchat and Instagram iPhone versions can be installed on iPad and can be used with small aspect ratio as of an iPhone. Similarly, iPhone version of Whatsapp should be provided on iPad with small aspect ratio. But, there is no option provided on App store to install it.

There is no WhatsApp for iPad, you cannot use WhatsApp on iPad, if you have a computer you can download WhatsApp desktop version,
