Mac Mini M2 Pro 16GB HDMI Video Dropouts

I'm wondering if anyone besides me has seen the video dropout randomly using the HDMI output @ 4K resolution? I have an Acer MX27UC running at 4K (3840x2160 @ 60Hz). The video will just dropout for a second or so, every so often. No pattern to the dropouts. Let me add, the SAME monitor and same cable (I tried other HDMI cables as well just to rule that out) ran just FINE on my Mac Mini M1 that this just replaced (using HDMI as well). If I connect the Acer MX27UC to the Mac Mini M2 using a USB-C cable to one of the Thunderbolt ports, I do NOT see any dropouts. Only on HDMI and only on the brand new M2 PRO Mac Mini. M1 Mac Mini was fine. ???????????

Hmm. I have not tried disconnecting the Thunderbolt dock, but it is self powered so I wouldn't suspect a power issue. When I run the 4K monitor using the Thunderbolt feed, I do not see the dropouts. THAT works fine - and in my case that's OK. But the HDMI feed is where I get the dropouts. Unfortunately, I've been busy and haven't had anymore troubleshooting time.
