my free Apple TV won't open
I have free Apple TV for 3 months. I cannot get the app to open.

Have you restarted your Mac yet? This can often resolve minor issues. Here's how to Shut down or restart your Mac.
Also be sure your Mac is updated fully to rule out an outdated version of macOS being related. Here's how to Update macOS on Mac.
If neither of those steps resolve the issue, start your iMac in safe mode. This will clear cache and prevent any third-party apps from loading that might be interfering. Here's How to use safe mode on your Mac.
