Apple TV app on my Android TV not showing up

Hi there I have a Sony Bravia Android TV that says its compatible with Apple TV but the app never shows up in the Google Play store. Any ideas?

What is the exact model smart TV, and what was the introduction year of that model?

Hi there thanks for the reply. It is XBR-65X850F and I believe it was introduced in 2018. Hopefully that helps and I look forward to your thoughts.

Sony decided which of their models are currently supported, you would need to reach out to them to see if they plan to include any more.
