Allow accessories to connect on Mac mini

Having issues getting one my devices connected, the instructions from the device says to "Allow Accessories to Connect", which is not an option on my 2023 Mac mini Pro. I'm using this article to reference, I don't have this option.

How do I access this feature that looks like it's only available on the laptops?
