Non-japan issued visa card is not accepted to recharge suica card. Has this problem been solved?
Does anyone know that if non-japan issued visa card can be used to recharge the suica card now? Has this problem been solved?
No it has not been solved and will not be until VISA Corp decides to play nice with Mobile Suica again.
