Time stuck at 9:41 when iPhone connected via USB

My iPhone 14 Pro Max, when plugged into my Mac via USB, has the time change in the upper-left part of the screen to 9:41. It says that time even if I wait longer than one minute.

The Clock app reports my time zone (Eastern Time) is correct.

Use the pull-down gesture that shows the Notification Center also shows the time as 9:41.

I'm using iOS version: 17.1.2 (the latest version as of the writing of this post)
