It happens every time, and it is happening with my cousin too.
AND it’s not problem with my phone carrier, cuz I have 2 different carriers and my cousins has another different company for the mobile phone carrier.

Go into your Cellular in your settings and it should say that you have selected 5G as your main Data usage, then switch it to LTE.
