Restore security questions

Hi I have an apple id that was registered 5 years ago I think

Of course I don't remember security questions answers

I tried to reset questions but I faced with error

Cannot reset security questions
We do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions.

How can I restore questions or delete appleid or unlink my email from this appleid?

It's my main email address and I want to use it in new appleid.

Thanks in advance for answers.

Do not try to sign in or change your security questions for a full 24 hours. After 24 hours try to use a device and Wi-Fi you’ve used to sign into the Apple ID with before and try resetting your security questions one more time.

If this still doesn’t work your next option is to try to enable to factor authentication following Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
