we don't have sufficient information to reset your security questions

I forgot the answer to my security questions of my old account and I still have the email which I used to reset my password and now I can't reset my security question as it shows me that it doesn't have sufficient information to reset my questions. I don't have any of the old devices that I created this account on I just have access to the email id I used on the apple account and I know the password. Is there a workaround to this situation?

You need to set up two-factor authentication or contact Apple's Account Security team. To reach them, click here or here and pick a method; if you can't use any of those listed, choose one from this link.
