In English: No mobile network connection in France (other European countries it works perfectly)

I have an Iphone12 (serial number FF****F0W). My iPhone cannot find and connect to a mobile network in France, so calling, apping, surfing the internet is impossible. The phone works perfectly in all other countries.

Issue
Was skiing in France in March 2022. After crossing the French border, no more mobile coverage with my phone. Back in NL he works again;
Contacted helpdesk, all settings are correct. Requested a new SIM card in NL and placed it in the phone.
Went to Marbella Spain by car in December/January 2023. Again as soon as I crossed the border with France, no coverage again, it cannot find a network (automatic search on/off does not help, all settings are correct, sellecting by hand is impossible due to no networks available). Crossed the border with Spain and phone works again. Return journey exactly the same.

The telephone works perfectly in all countries, with ample coverage and always with a network available and automatic connection.
In France no coverage at all, no network to be found (not location bound because I drove from the north of France to the south of France and it concerned the entire journey).
Wifi from hotel, for example, works but mobile network does not)

Had a diagnostic test performed in NL by an Apple premium reseller: everything should work, no sensor problem

Iphone also can't make contact/setup of Apple Home Pod Mini, could be related. Also in this case settings are correct and Apple Home Pod installment on my Ipad works perfect.

I allready tried this as mentioned, it does not solve the problem. Settings work perfect but no networks available.

it works perfect in every country but France, so it is not a settings issue or a simcard issue.

Tried my sim in a phone from a friend and then everything works.
