How to turn off Auto Enhancement on iPhone photos?

Hello,

I upgraded my phone from 11 pro. But i am facing disgusting problem. Apple auto enhance ruins photos. i really hate it and unfortunately i could not find any solution to turn it off. Its really annoying after pouring a lot of cash to a phone.

Anyone can find a solution. I dont want burst mode or other photo apps. We bought an iphone right ?

I really don't understand how apple did not make it user preference. Hope they are going to solve this issue and add on/off button for auto enhancement.

I would appreciate if anyone can help

Automatic 'enhancements' ruins the photo. I'm a photographer. and I am very disappointed with how the camera works in the new iPhone 13 Pro and above. I have many friends who are also not happy. in the pro series, there must be a disabling of artificial intelligence enhancements, otherwise it's not a pro. photos are programmatically made terrible and you have to take screenshots of the video to get what you expect.

Hello,

Its not about Lens Correction. From my understanding and research Deep Fusion makes this problem. After taking photos within few seconds it makes auto edit which is not natural.

I have been using iphone since 6s and this feature make me want to change from iphone to android. Hope apple can add on/off section for auto enhancement with next update. Otherwise its horrible and thousands of people complain about it.

Hello Chiatte,

We would like to see how we can help you with your iPhone 14 Pro photos. Check out this link for help turning off features for your camera: Change advanced camera settings on iPhone - Apple Support

"Turn Lens Correction off and on

On iPhone 12 models, iPhone 13 models, and iPhone 14 models, the Lens Correction setting adjusts photos taken with the front camera or Ultra Wide camera for more natural-looking results.

Lens Correction is on by default. To turn off Lens Correction, go to Settings  > Camera, then turn off Lens Correction."

Cheers!
