iOS 16.3 Photo Sync with iTunes issue
Upgraded iphone 14 Pro and iPad Pro to iOS 16.3 this AM. When I now connect to iTunes (for PC, latest version) with either device, iTunes does not show my photo sync information. Each device has specific folders filled with photos and videos that are supposed to sync from the PC and while the folders are listed in iTunes, none of them are selected. In order to sync, I now have to re-select the folders I want and then iTunes wants to erase what is on my phone and re-sync from scatch. This means it will take 1/2 to 3/4 of a day per device to re-sync because we are talking about 20,000+ photos and videos among 50 or so folders. I am running the latest version of iTunes. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a way to make iTunes recognize my existing folders on my devices and keep that info without having to start the re-sync process from scratch?
