FreeForm on iCloud

Hi.

I have set my FreeForm to be able to use iCloud on my MBP and on my iPhone. My boards do not show up on my iPhone. I have even restarted the phone too.

How do I get to have my boards shared across devices?

Freeform: can't share board I'm running the latest Ventura (13.4) and experimenting with Freeform for the first time. When I first launched the app, it asked me if I wanted to enable iCloud Drive saving; I clicked yes and made sure it was turned on in the preferences. I did a good hour of work creating a board. But now I'd like to share it with someone. When I go back to All Boards and right-click on my board then click share, it tells me, "Can't share board. This board is still uploading to iCloud. Try again in a few minutes." I've waited half an hour now. There is no extra media in my board (just text). It should be a very tiny board requiring negligible upload time. Also, in the Finder, I went to my iCloud Drive, and I don't see a Freeform folder there. So I don't even know where my board is currently living. It'd be a great shame if an hour's worth of work got lost. How can I fix this?

freeform sharing / syncing not working. I have put a considerable amount of time into a number of Freeform boards for my maths gcse revision and I am worried I might lose them. The boards I create on my iPad Pro wont sync to my iCloud. And when I try to share them as a pdf as a backup it tells me it can’t share because it hasn’t finished syncing and it never finishes. I have read that signing out of Apple ID and back in can fix the sync problem but users report losing their boards. I’m worried that even if I do a hard backup of my iPad to iTunes then the files might still be lost if they haven’t synced beforehand.

Can’t use share/save button in Freeform on my iPad I’m using Freeform on my iPad and whenever I tap on the share/save button while using the app it tells me to turn on iCloud in my settings (see first pic). Under iCloud settings Freeform is enabled (see second pic). I tried rebooting the machine and tried several time to switch off and back on iCloud for Freeform (despite the warning that I might loose my files and then asking if want to merge them) but I’m still getting the same error. Please any suggestions?

The sync problem is apparently common. The way mine was solved on the phone with Apple was they asked what will happen if I create a board on another device. I created one on my iPhone and right away the new board shown on my MBP and the two I had created on MBP showed on my phone. So, until they fix it, if you have the same issue, then create a board on another one of your devices.
