Verification Failed message

Under Settings tab (iphone 13), I see two notifications:

Confirm Iphone Passcode and,

Update Apple ID Setting


When I tap, I get the message “Verification Failed”, for both.


When I tap on my name here, in the next screen only Password&Security and Subscription menus are active. When I tap Password&Security, I see the message “Account Details Unavailable”.


I also keep receiving the notification asking me to confirm Apple passcode, but as explained above, cannot open Password&Security menu.


Any solution?

We'll be glad to help out. If you're unable to verify your identity for your Apple ID, it may not allow you to view content associated with it until that is addressed. If you're unable to progress our change settings as outlined in Manage Apple ID settings on iPhone - Apple Support,
