Apple ID verification notification every restart

I get an Apple ID verification notify every time I restart my iphone. (and shutdown then power-on)

Notification appears on lock screen and password dialog box comes on home screen.

This just happen after upgraded to iOS 16.

I've done reset all settings ,

re-signed in Apple ID at Settings and App store.

It's so annoying me. Thanks.
