On LOCK SCREEN NO TEXT NOTIFICATION SOUND 12 PRO

About a week ago I stopped receiving sound notifications for messages when on Lock Screen , my watch will vibrate which it never did before. Apple Phone Support couldn’t figure it out, in thinking back this happens after a watch update which I had been told by Apple when doing watch updates to update from the watch app on phone and I did that, only part I forgot was having phone and watch on charge. Just reset watch so going to test it out, will update this post if anything works.

Have you enabled Scheduled Summary?

Settings > Notifications > [Select the App that you are having trouble receiving immediate notifications]

See the pic below for a few examples. Please select immediate delivery.

Go to Settings and tap Notifications. Select an app under Notification Style. Under Alerts, choose the alert style that you want. If you turn on Allow Notifications, choose when you want the notifications delivered — immediately or in the scheduled notification summary.

Use notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Change notification settings on iPhone

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications.
  2. To schedule a notifications summary, tap Scheduled Summary, then turn on Scheduled Summary. ...
  3. To choose when you want most notification previews to appear, tap Show Previews, select an option—Always, When Unlocked, or Never—then tap.

I can’t figure out how to update this post or reply to person who tried to help so here’s an update after original post reset watch and then paired it to phone again and worked perfect until last night when I did 9.3 update again because had 16.3 update on phone so after reinstalling 9.3 update it’s back to no sound notifications for messages on Lock Screen when unlocked get the sound so it’s definitely something with that update so going to reset phone again
