i was wondering if y’all can unlock my old device for me I put in the wrong iCloud

Only you can unlock the phone unless you have given your Apple ID and Password to someone else. Apple cannot do this for you.
You need the correct Apple ID and correct Apple ID Password in order to turn off Activation Lock using iCloud.
