Hi there mahul2512,
If you have a supported carrier, which can be viewed in Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone in the Middle East and India - Apple Support, and you're not seeing 5G on your iPhone, you'll want to start by making sure your iPhone is running the latest software version, which is iOS 16.2. You can check that in Settings > General > About > Software Version. If needed, learn more about updating your iPhone here: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If the issue persists, you'll want to try these steps to see if they resolve the issue for you:
If you don't see 5G in the status bar
1. Make sure that you’re in an area with 5G coverage. Contact your carrier if you're not sure.
2. Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options or Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options. If you see this screen, your device has 5G activated. If you don’t see this screen, contact your carrier to confirm that your plan supports 5G.

3. Turn on Airplane Mode, then turn it off.
If you still don't have 5G service, contact your carrier.
Also, make sure Low Power Mode isn't turned on in Settings > Battery, and have a look at this additional information:
- If you want to use 5G with Dual SIM on iPhone 12 models, make sure that you have iOS 14.5 or later.
- You can choose to always stream the highest quality content by going to Settings > Music > Cellular Data or Settings > Music > Mobile Data and turning on High Quality Streaming, and Settings > TV > Cellular or Settings > TV > Mobile Data and tapping High Quality. These settings use more cellular data, and content might take longer to start playing.
- If you turn on Low Power Mode, 5G is disabled except in some cases like video streaming and large downloads. With iPhone 12 models, Low Power Mode disables 5G Standalone (where available).
You'll find all these details here: Use 5G with your iPhone - Apple Support
If you still can't access a 5G network on your iPhone, reaching out to your wireless carrier again is the next best step. They're best-equipped to take a closer look at your account and provide some additional information.
Take care.
