2 Countries but 1 Apple ID - How to have apps from both countries on 1 phone

Hi,

age old question. How do we get to use apps from 2 locations on 1 appleid. Restriction currently is extremely prohibitive.

Can Apple provide a solution? App providers unfortunately don't understand the space well enough to be helpful by creating app that can be downloaded globally.
