Beats Fits Pro low volume while on call

I purchased the beats fit pro in October 2022. I never had any problems with them. Recently I was on a call and suddenly the caller became very faint, I could barely hear them. I have tried to call several people and it’s all the same. I have and iPhone Pro. The issue is not there when trying to listen to music or anything else just on calls. I have tried to troubleshoot the issue ie disconnecting and reconnecting, doing all the Apple troubleshooting tips listed, etc… Still no success. The earbuds were great until the problem occurred. Has anyone had this problem and were you able to resolve it? If so how? Any information would be helpful.

Please try the steps here to rest your Beats. These steps may help: Reset your Beats Fit Pro - Apple Support

"If you have sound, Bluetooth, or charging issues with your earphones, you might want to reset them.


  1. Place both earbuds in the charging case. Leave the case open.
  2. Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and white.
  3. Release the system button.

The LED indicator light will continue to flash white, which means that you can pair your Beats Fit Pro with your iPhone, Mac, Android device, or other device again."
