Hi @Sparks0829 ,
While I appreciate your reply, it clearly does not show a full reading/understanding of my issue. As stated: "the LED flashes red-white-red-then solid white." At no point do I describe any situation for which your reply addresses.
I have read every and all Support Document that is available, and could not locate an answer, thus the reason for my post.
Again, I appreciate the time and effort you spent in putting together the reply, however it does not help my situation.

Hi there Brian Bergeron,
If the indicator lights on your Beats is showing solid white, that indicates they're fully charged and ready to be paired. If they're blinking red, that means that they need to recharge.
When your earphones are turned on and set up, the LED indicator light on the power button shows how much listening time is left:
- White: Up to 8 hours left
- Red: Less than an hour left
- Blinking red: Needs to charge
Keeping that in mind, did you follow the steps below to reset them?
Reset your earphones
1. Hold down these two buttons for 10 seconds:
- Power button
- Volume down button
2. When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.
You'll find all this information here: Set up and use your BeatsX earphones - Apple Support
If so, and they aren't powering on or pairing with your devices, having them inspected by a technician is the next best step. This link will help you get started: Beats Repair & Service - Apple Support
Take care.
