Problem during Beats Flex Charging

My Beats Flex are blinking a white light while it is charging, then when I take out the charger its not responding and there is absolutely NO light; its like its dead? has anyone had this issue please help? I already try to restart but nothing happen. NO LED light upon doing restart procedure. Then I try to charge again and still white light is blinking. Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you & God bless

Confirm that the steps here were taken to rule them out: Set up and use your Beats Flex earphones after service - Apple Support
If the issue persists, reset your Beats Flex using the steps toward the bottom of the link in step 1.
