My Shokz bluetooth headset will not connect with my iPhone

No matter what, my new bluetooth headset( openmove by shokz) will not connect with my iphone 13. I've tried all google fixes but nothing. This is a brand new iphone only 5 days old. Suggestions?

Iphone 13 and Plantronics Voyager Legend not working together. I’ve recently upgraded to an iPhone 13, and my Plantronics Voyager Legend Bluetooth headset is not discoverable in the Bluetooth settings. The same headset worked fine with my previous iPhone10R and only since upgrading to iPhone 13 has this problem arisen. Any help is much appreciated.

IOS 17.1.1 Killed my Headset Ports None of my headsets are working through my headset ports with lightning connectors (Apple originals). Got major surprise when I had to use one of my noise-cancelling headsets for a conference call while driving. iPhone 14 NOT recognizing the ports for mobile headsets. This is obviously a showstopper. The Phone app is no longer showing a wired headset as an audio choice. It appears to be replaced with a useless “iPad” Bluetooth audio choice that doesn’t work. Have no clue why it’s there, since no iPads are paired with my iPhone. And it shows up when nothing is plugged into the iPhone. But if one of my mobile headsets are plugged in to the iPhone 14, it will still pick up music. Audio recording app won’t recognize the microphone either. IOS 17.1.1 is treating mobile headsets like headphones (with no microphone). This is useless.

Why does my Plantronics Voyager Focus bluetooth headset keep disconnecting from iPhone? I use a Poly/Plantronics Voyager Focus headset with my iPhone when I am working from home. The issue when connected to the iPhone is that when it is at idle it constantly disconnects and connects. I tried firmware updates for the headset, resetting the phone, etc. When I connect the headset to a non-iOS device (android phone, windows laptop, etc) it works perfectly. Is iOS dropping bluetooth during periods of the headset being idle perhaps for power saving reasons? It's very annoying when you are in between calls you constantly get "phone disconnected" and "phone connected" messages. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
