Photobooth won't take videos

In PhotoBooth, I cannot take videos. The application will count down from 3, and then not record. My device has been updated and restarted and the problem continues. There are no problems on FaceTime or any other applications.

photobooth is not recording videos everytime I go to record a video on photobooth, it will countdown to 0:00 then freeze, and not record, when I go to watch it back it's as if I took a photo. I tried without a countdown and it also doesn't work. the camera works on every other app.

Photos won't play videos on my iPhone 15 Pro that I've taken I opened Photos on my iPhone 15 Pro and was trying to watch a video that I had recorded a couple of weeks ago. When I open the video, the pause button is available, but the video doesn't play. I can click on the pause and then click play, but nothing. I try to scroll through the video and only see the original frame. If I click the edit button, I can scroll through all of the frames of the video. The videos play on iCloud.com. They also play in Photos on my MacBook Pro. Everything was working the last time I tried to play the videos a week or 2 ago. I even tried recording some new videos, but they won't play.
