MacBook Air m2 power on

Is there a way to set up my MacBook Air m2 to only turn on with the power button? It’s quite annoying to try and clean my MacBook and to have to turn it off over and over and over and over again because any touch of any button at all turns it back on. Is there a setting for this? It’s horribly annoying

No there is not.

Personally because of this glaring issue (which is actually considered a "feature"), I use an app called KeyboardCleanTool which when run, allows blocking of all keypresses on the Mac (except for the Caps Lock and trackpad). This is the only way I can clean my MacBook's keyboard & top case without creating all sorts errant keypresses causing all manner of unwanted things to happen. Google search for the tool as I cannot post a link to it (the Terms of Use of this forum do not allow it)
