Do you have a 5G capable device?
Does your cellular provider have 5G coverage in your area?
Have you obtained a plan that includes 5G coverage?
Have you checked with your cellular provider to determine if a new SIM is required!
Go to Settings/Mobile Data/Mobile Data Options/Voice & Data and make sure 5G is enabled.
Also, contact your carrier and verify that 5G is provisioned on your line.
Call the carrier and ask if 5G is turned on for your phone.
Also, 5G is not deployed everywhere yet, so you may be in a location that doesn’t have 5G yet.
