Can’t access my subscriptions

Hello! I cannot access my subscriptions! I tried the restart and the mobile data methods, also I tried from App Store and Settings but still unsuccessful! What can I do? I know for sure that I have subscriptions, but I cannot access them and I don’t know why… help!

In such a situation, I suggest that you contact iTunes Store Support Team directly, using this specific link:--> Apple Support

(if you get no help, look at the bottom of the above link, where you can contact them using "chat" or "phone" options).
