Iphone 14 Pro Max Camera Glitch

I just bought the Iphone 14 pro max one week ago and wherever I try to record a video or take a photo, the camera subject moves suddently 2-3 seconds after I start the video or want to take s photo. It looks like it refocuses again or sth like this. It also takes blurry photos, as if it has no stabilizator. Plus on third party apps it’s very blurry, too. To be noted, I have the latest version of iOS - 16.2. Is it a technical issue or a software one? Did anyone experience this, too? I am not able to attach videos and the photos are not relevant.
