Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes.

I have a big problem my phone show me this text when i want to purchase and my apple id become trouble and show me this (Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes.) the big problem is that i have money in the apple id and itunes and i cant now use it or refund it or anything else please can you help me .

If you see a message saying "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" or "You cannot login because your account has been locked", you must contact Apple for help. This is not something you can fix yourself. Apple provides this contact link for this specific issue --> Apple Support .
