Is there any way I can have my Apple ID fixed

I’m having trouble downloading apps it’s telling me my account has been disabled from App Store and iTunes

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
