Only 1 bridge would connect to the apple HomeKit

Can NOT get a 2nd bridge device to connect to the HomeKit app. Tried the 2nd Philips Hub and Luthron Bridge for several hours with lots of online research.

Hello mereofromocean springs,

Make sure you've followed the steps below from the article you referenced (Add an accessory to the Home app - Apple Support):

If you can't add an accessory
Update your iPhone or iPad to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.
Make sure that your accessories support HomeKit, AirPlay 2, or Matter.
To use and manage your home in the Home app on all of your devices, sign in to iCloud with your Apple ID on every device. Then turn on iCloud Keychain and Home in iCloud Settings.

Also, the steps in this article can help resolve your issue:

Set up your HomePod, HomePod mini, Apple TV, or iPad as a home hub - Apple Support

If the issue persists, we recommend you Contact Apple for support and service.

Best Regards.
