Sorry, but there isn't. If your tag line is correct and you own Apple Watch Ultra, you need an iPhone which can run iOS 16 or higher. You need a new iPhone as iPhone 6s is simply too old and lacks the hardware to run iOS 16. You have the MOST Modern Apple Watch made. It's time for a newer, more modern iPhone.

That doesn't make sense. The watch MUST be paired to an iPhone to be used. If you are asking if the watch can be set up without pairing it to an iPhone, the answer is NO.
